About the Author

Dr. James J. Crist is the clinical director and a staff psychologist at the Child and Family Counseling Center in Woodbridge, Virginia. He is also the author of What to Do When you're Scared & Worried. He has worked with and helped lots of kids who were sad, lonely, grieving, and depressed.
